Marketing - Your property will be advertised in many different publications depending on the type of property and time of year. Some sources may include: local and national papers, magazines and websites including Craigslist and VRBO as well as our professional vacation rental site CDA GetAway, LLC.com which ranks high on all search engines.

Renting - All rent, deposits and any other forms of payments for your property will all be run through CDA GetAway, LLC so that you don't have to worry about a thing! Signed contracts and reservation as well as security deposits will be collected from each renter and you will receive copies of everything. When your property is rented, you will be sent a statement the following month with a breakdown of fees, deposits, commissions and your final payment.

All of the renters needs will be taken care of by CDA GetAway, LLC including letting tenants in, arranging keys and rules as well as making sure things are clean and ready before and after tenant's arrival and departure.

Services - CDA GetAway, LLC can do as much or as little to help you with your vacation rental property as you would like. Here are some of the things CDA GetAway, LLC can do to help:

• Payment of property bills (mortgage, utilities, sewer, water, garbage, cable,internet...)
• Cleaning between guests (washing sheets, linens, vacuuming)
• Pre and Post season Deep cleaning (shampoo carpets, washing windows...)
• Lawn Maintenance; including mowing lawns, watering lawn and whatever is needed
• Maintenance/Repairs; Professional maintenance services on call at all times to take care of any problems at the home as soon as possible.

All of these services can be provided at extra cost and will be taken out of rental income.

Fees - Fees are always negotiable since every vacation rental situation is different but the typical cost is 20% of the gross monthly rents accrued. Obviously if you do not have a tenant we do not charge you.
