Check-In time is after 2:00 PM.
Check-Out time is 10:00 AM.
PLEASE ADVISE IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ARRIVE AFTER 10 PM OR ON A DATE OTHER THAN ABOVE.
Reservation payment is due at the time of booking in order to hold the property. If you will be sending a check or arranging payment you have 48 hours to notify CDA GetAway that your payment is on it's way. If we do not see credit card payment or receive notification of payment processing after 48 hours from time of booking your reservation will be cancelled.
Remaining total balance is due in full 30 days prior to check-in.
Payments shall be in cash, check, or credit card through our website- there is a $25 convenience fee for all credit card payments.
In the event of a cancellation it is necessary to notify CDA GetAway as soon as possible. However, your reservation payment will not be refunded for any reason. This agreement shall not be assigned or the premises sublet without written consent of Property Managers, Coeur d'Alene GetAway LLC.
Once final payment is received 30 days prior to arrival total payment is not refundable for any reason. It is understood that there will be NO refunds even if the property does not meet tenants "expectations". Property will be in same condition upon arrival as was advertised. Appliances/household items are not guaranteed. Repairs will be made as soon as possible. No refunds will be given due to failures.
I (we) hereby agree to vacate rented premises no later than the hour and date shown above and to return the keys immediately to Coeur d'Alene GetAway LLC.
Before vacating, I (we) will reasonably clean the premises, which includes the following:
1. Empty out refrigerator. Leave no perishable food or drink in it.
2. Empty all garbage/ recycle.
3. Wipe all surfaces so that they are free of grease and food.
4. Wipe down bathrooms and place towels in the laundry room
5. Wash dishes and leave no dishes in the dishwasher.
6. Re-arrange indoor and outdoor furniture and make sure house is as you found it.
THE HOUSE MUST BE LEFT REASONABLY CLEAN TO RECEIVE FULL REFUND OF DEPOSIT. Additional cleaning Service is available at an extra charge. Amount of deposit refunded is up to the decision and discretion of property owner and Coeur d'Alene GetAway LLC.
Security deposit will be refunded by check mailed to you or credit card refund within 2 weeks of departure date once property has been thoroughly checked by Coeur d'Alene GetAway, LLC and owners.
Tenant agrees to pay a markup of 20% for any Concierge Services retained by CDA GetAway. Such Concierge Services may be defined as making restaurant reservations, obtaining event tickets, setting up tee-times, buying groceries, etc. CDA GetAway reserves the right to withhold these markup fees from the Tenant's deposit.
NO SMOKING allowed in the home or anywhere on the property, if evidence of smoking is found, deposit will be forfeited.
In the event that a pet, smoking, house party or more than the allotted amount of guests is found on the premises during your stay that was not agreed to in writing by both parties, Coeur d'Alene GetAway LLC shall have the right to ask you to leave the premises immediately with no refund of monies paid, including security deposit.
Tenant shall indemnify and hold harmless Coeur d'Alene GetAway LLC against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, suits, or judgments, including expenses incurred in connection with such matters, for death or injuries to persons arising out of or in connection with the use and occupancy of the premises by lessee, lessee's agents, employees, or invitees. This includes, but is not limited to, any injury or death caused by the tenant's own negligence, undiscoverable defects, leaking water or slick substances, uneven or raised floor and stair surfaces, holes or indents in floor surface as well as the stairs, missing or broken railings, low ceilings and objects protruding from the ceiling. In the event of any such claims made or suits filed, lessor shall give lessee prompt written notice, and lessee shall have the right to defend or settle such claims or suits to the extent of his or her interest under this lease agreement

I (we) agree to maintain the property in the same condition in which it was found. Reasonable wear and tear excepted. I (we) agree to replace or pay for losses, breakage or damage should such occur. It is understood that tenant's responsibility for losses, breakage, or damage is not limited to the security deposit.
Coeur d'Alene GetAway, LLC/Owner to furnish all towels, linens, blankets, etc., and cleaning supplies.
